Working Hours : Everyday (7am - 10pm)

The drying cycle time is specified in the owner’s manual supplied as part of the dryer. Check the owner’s manual to see if the drying cycle is taking longer than specified.

If drying takes longer than described, the following recommendations may help solve the problem.

#1- Moisture sensor

The moisture sensor monitors the moisture level of clothes and signals to the control panel when the clothes are dry. If the moisture sensor is malfunctioning, it may erroneously signal that the clothes are still wet, causing the dryer to continue running even though the clothes are dry. However, this rarely happens. Before replacing the moisture sensor, check the more frequently malfunctioning parts. If you determine that all other components are working properly, replace the moisture sensor.

#2- High Limit Thermostat

The high limit thermostat monitors the dryer temperature and shuts down the burner if the dryer overheats. If the high limit thermostat is defective, it may turn off the burner even if the dryer is not overheating. Before replacing the high limit thermostat, check all of the most commonly broken parts. If you determine that all other components are working properly, check the thermostat with a multimeter for continuity and, if it is broken, replace it.

#3- Thermostat with cycle on it

The thermostat with cycle periodically turns the heat on and off to regulate the air temperature. If the cycle thermostat is defective, the dryer will not heat. . Before replacing the thermostat, check all of the most frequently broken parts. If you determine that all other components are working properly, check the thermostat with a multimeter for continuity and, if it is broken, replace it.

#4- Thermistor.

Some dryer models are equipped with a thermistor, which is used to control the temperature in the dryer and turn the heat on and off. If the thermistor is defective, it may not turn on the heat, resulting in the laundry not drying properly.
